Bishop SY Younger, a two-time Stellar Award-winning recording artist, has signed with Tehillah Music Group and released the first single from his upcoming album.

The announcement came in early November 2026, with the new single now available on major streaming platforms. Younger is described as a world-renowned pastor, entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker in addition to his music career.

Tehillah Music Group is a gospel label with ties to Bishop Paul Morton, a prominent figure in the Black church and gospel music community.

Younger's signing adds to a busy season for gospel music. Kirk Franklin released his fourteenth studio album, "I Am What I Am," on November 2 via Uptown Records. The double-disc project features collaborations with Jelly Roll, GloRilla, Davido, Tobe Nwigwe, Karen Clark Sheard, and Tim Rogers.

Tye Tribbett is also marking the 20th anniversary of his album "Victory" with a new live recording titled "V20: First Semester," scheduled for release on November 13.

San Franklin, an acclaimed vocalist and vocal producer, released an official music video for "El Shaddai (Live from Enon Tabernacle)" in early November. The video was filmed during the Philadelphia stop of a worship tour and is available on Apple Music, Spotify, and Deezer.

The gospel music industry has seen steady activity heading into the holiday season, with several artists releasing new projects and others preparing for year-end award shows and tours.
