CeCe Winans and Brandon Lake Win Gospel and Christian Music Grammys at 68th Annual Awards
CeCe Winans took home the Grammy for Best Gospel Performance/Song at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards on February 1, 2026, for her track featuring Shirley Caesar. Brandon Lake won Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for his collaboration with Jelly Roll.

The 68th Annual Grammy Awards, held on February 1, 2026, recognized several artists in the Christian and Gospel music categories.
CeCe Winans won Best Gospel Performance/Song for "Come Jesus Come," a track featuring Shirley Caesar. The category also included nominees Kirk Franklin, Tasha Cobbs Leonard with John Legend, Jonathan McReynolds with Jamal Roberts, and Pastor Mike Jr.
Brandon Lake took Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song for "Hard Fought Hallelujah," recorded with Jelly Roll. Other nominees in that category included Elevation Worship with Chris Brown and Brandon Lake, Forrest Frank, Lecrae with Killer Mike and T.I., and Darrel Walls with PJ Morton.
In the album categories, Darrel Walls and PJ Morton won Best Gospel Album for "Heart of Mine." Israel and New Breed won Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for "Coritos Vol. 1." The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir took Best Roots Gospel Album for "I Will Not Be Moved (Live)."
The Gospel Music Association also announced nominees for the 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards, with winners to be revealed later in 2026.
On the touring side, Bethel Music announced a U.S. tour for 2026. The first leg begins in April with dates in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Dallas. A second leg starts in October with stops in Atlanta, New York City, and Nashville. The group will also tour Canada, Asia, and Europe.
The CMB Awards announced finalists on April 1, 2026, with winners to be revealed on May 29 during the CMB Awards Ceremony at Momentum.
