The Board of Directors of All Saints Bible College announced on July 17, 2026, that Dr. Herbert Reynolds Davis has been appointed as the institution's new president.

Davis previously served as Director of the C.H. Mason Jurisdictional Institutes within the Church Of God In Christ Education Commission, where he managed ordination and licensing programs and ensured uniformity in curriculum content across COGIC jurisdictions. He also has more than a decade of experience as an Executive Vice President at a Title IV theological institution.

COGIC Presiding Bishop J. Drew Sheard expressed confidence that Davis's leadership would advance the college's mission of spiritual formation and academic excellence. Bishop Malcolm Coby, Chair of the ASBC Board of Directors, said Davis was chosen to provide steady, mission-focused leadership during a transitional season for the institution.

All Saints Bible College is located on the grounds of the historic Mason Temple in Memphis, Tennessee, the world headquarters of the Church Of God In Christ. The college was established to prepare men and women for effective Christian ministry, service, and church leadership. It is authorized to award Associate and Bachelor's degrees.

The college operates under the broader umbrella of the COGIC Education Commission, which also oversees the C.H. Mason Theological Seminary and the C.H. Mason Jurisdictional Institutes.

The appointment comes as COGIC continues to expand its educational infrastructure. The denomination held its International AIM Convention in Baltimore from July 6 to 10, 2026, under the leadership of Presiding Bishop Sheard.
