Gospel Music Association Hosts Easter Livestream at Museum of the Bible

The Gospel Music Association hosted its GMA Easter Celebration livestream on April 1, 2026, bringing together some of the most recognized names in Christian and gospel music for a special Holy Week event.

The event featured performances by Brooke Ligertwood, Benjamin William Hastings, KB, and Passion. It was filmed at the World Stage Theater at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., and streamed exclusively on gospelmusic.org/easter throughout Holy Week.

The special was presented in partnership with CREATR, a faith-based content platform. GMA officials said the event was designed to give audiences a way to celebrate Easter through music and worship, regardless of where they were located.

KB, a Christian hip-hop artist known for blending faith-based lyrics with contemporary production, joined the lineup alongside Brooke Ligertwood, an Australian worship leader who has released several acclaimed albums with Hillsong Worship.

Passion, the Atlanta-based worship movement founded by Louie Giglio, has been a fixture in Christian music for more than two decades. Benjamin William Hastings, a Northern Irish singer-songwriter, has gained recognition for his work with Hillsong United.

The GMA Easter Celebration is part of a broader effort by the Gospel Music Association to expand its digital presence and reach audiences beyond traditional radio and retail channels.

The event drew viewers from across the United States and internationally, with the GMA reporting strong engagement on social media during the broadcast.
