Los Angeles campaign leaders said they chose the city because of its size and cultural influence. They believe a visible spiritual movement in Los Angeles could inspire similar efforts in other major cities.

The campaign includes a series of public prayer gatherings at parks and community centers. Organizers have also set up a digital platform where participants can log prayer requests, share stories, and connect with other believers in their zip code.

Church leaders involved in the effort said they are not affiliated with any single denomination or political movement. They described the campaign as a grassroots response to what they see as a growing spiritual hunger in the city.
