Younger adults aged 18-34 (58%) are significantly more likely to prioritize mental health compared to older adults.
Despite this increased focus, anxiety remains pervasive. Americans report high levels of anxiety regarding personal finances (59%), uncertainty about the coming year (53%), and current events (49%).

8. **Connect with others**, Social interaction, even brief ones, combats isolation and improves happiness
