The Clark Sisters, Fred Hammond, and Deitrick Haddon will headline the "Legends of Gospel: Vegas Residency," opening October 8 and 9, 2026, at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
Produced by IKON Presents in partnership with Dr. Holly Carter, President and CEO of Relevé Entertainment, the series is billed as the first gospel music residency on the Las Vegas Strip in over 60 years. The last gospel acts to hold Strip residencies were Clara Ward and The Ward Singers from 1961 to 1968, and The Edwin Hawkins Singers in 1969.
The Clark Sisters, the highest-selling female gospel group in history, include Jacky Clark Chisholm, Karen Clark Sheard, Dorinda Clark-Cole, and Twinkie Clark. The group is credited with pioneering the fusion of traditional gospel with R&B and pop.
Fred Hammond, a multi-award-winning artist and producer, is widely regarded as the architect of the Urban Praise and Worship genre. Deitrick Haddon brings a contemporary style that blends gospel with soul, hip-hop, and R&B.
Dr. Carter, who serves as the show's creator and executive producer, has described the residency as a long-term vision to give gospel music a permanent home on the Strip. Keesha Brickhouse serves as producer and head of production. Tickets went on sale July 17, 2026, through GospelVegas.com. Additional performance dates and featured artists are expected to be announced in the coming months.
