Stella Mental Health Reports Strong Outcomes Across 16000 Patients

Stella Mental Health released its 2026 Impact Report, documenting outcomes from 16,176 patients treated since January 2020 across 17 locations. The report shows clinically significant improvement or full remission for the majority of patients across several treatment types.

Key findings include strong results for patients with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. For the Dual Sympathetic Reset procedure, 81 percent of patients experienced clinically significant improvement or remission of PTSD, with symptom scores dropping by an average of 57 percent. For Spravato, an intranasal esketamine treatment, 68 percent of patients saw clinically significant improvement or remission of depression.

Ketamine therapy showed 63 percent of patients achieving clinically significant improvement or remission of depression. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation produced similar results, with 67 percent of patients improving significantly.

Patients who received two Stella interventions showed even stronger outcomes. Among that group, 87 percent showed clinically significant improvement or remission of PTSD, and 76 percent showed improvement for depression.

The report noted that these results were achieved in a patient population that often presented with complex, hard-to-treat conditions and a history of non-response to previous treatments. Patients reported an average of three or more types of trauma, with 50 percent reporting childhood trauma.

PR Newswire reported that Stella's findings point to the value of personalized, multi-modal care for patients who have not responded to standard treatments. The company operates clinics in multiple states and continues to expand its network.
