Tye Tribbett Releases V20: First Semester to Mark 20 Years of Victory

Two-time GRAMMY Award-winning gospel artist Tye Tribbett will release V20: First Semester on November 13, 2026, marking 20 years since his 2006 album Victory reshaped contemporary gospel music.

The project is the first of a two-part celebration. A second chapter is expected in 2027. V20: First Semester revisits the spirit of Victory through new arrangements, live instrumentation, and a renewed creative vision that honors the original while pushing its legacy forward.

The lead single, "I Want It All Back," features the gospel youth movement ABLAZE. The track was released October 9 and returns the opening declaration from Victory with renewed urgency and commanding vocals.

"Twenty years later, the sound has grown, the testimony has deepened, and the victory still belongs to God," Tribbett said. "With V20 First Semester, we're celebrating everything Victory Live has meant to people while bringing that same faith and fire to a new generation."

Tribbett has earned two GRAMMY Awards, five No. 1 albums, four No. 1 Gospel radio singles, and ten Billboard Top 10 songs. His genre-blending approach, mixing gospel with R&B, hip-hop, rock, and African rhythms, helped open the door for a new generation of gospel artists.

The 16-track album includes collaborations with Thaddaeus Tribbett, Delandria Mills Milan, ANTHNY, HLE, Wendi Henderson Wyatt, and others. V20: First Semester is available for pre-order now on all major digital streaming platforms.
