Gospel artist Zacardi Cortez has released the concluding chapter of his IBHAR series, a 15-track anthology called "IBHAR: The Chronicle (Chapter 3)."

The project brings to a close a multi-year creative effort that Cortez began as a way to document his personal journey through faith, hardship, and renewal. IBHAR, which stands for "I Believe He's Already Reigning," has been a recurring theme across all three chapters of the series.

Cortez said the final installment is the most personal of the three. "This chapter is about what happens after you've been through the fire," he said in a statement. "It's about standing on the other side and knowing God was there the whole time."

The 15-track anthology features a mix of traditional gospel arrangements and contemporary production. Several tracks include collaborations with other gospel artists, though Cortez has not released a full list of featured performers.

Gospel radio programmers have responded positively to the project. Several tracks from the anthology were added to rotation at major gospel stations within days of the release.

Cortez, who is based in Georgia, has been a consistent presence on gospel charts for more than a decade. His previous projects have earned him recognition at major gospel music award ceremonies, and he has toured extensively with some of the genre's leading artists.

The release of "The Chronicle (Chapter 3)" comes at a busy time for gospel music, with several major artists dropping projects in October 2026. Cortez said he plans to support the album with a tour in early 2027.
