Amazon unveiled two new personal AI devices on October 15, 2026: the Bee Frontier, a wearable priced at $74.99, and the Bee Eclipse, a magnetic phone attachment priced at $99.99. Both devices are designed to record and transcribe conversations in real time, turning them into actionable summaries, to-do lists, and reminders.
The Bee Frontier is the second-generation version of Amazon's original Bee wearable. It can be worn on the wrist or clipped to clothing and is available in three colors: Onyx, Lavender, and Sage. The device is IP67 water-resistant, features dual microphones with noise-filtering, and offers up to seven days of battery life.
The Bee Eclipse is a credit-card-sized device that attaches magnetically to the back of a smartphone. It is available in Silver, Midnight, Honey, and Blush, and provides more than 21 days of battery life on a single charge.
Users can link both devices to third-party productivity software, including Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Calendar, to draft emails or schedule events. Integration with Amazon.com allows for personalized shopping recommendations, and Alexa+ provides hands-free access to summaries and insights.
Amazon said the devices are built on Bee Private Compute, a security architecture designed to prevent access to raw audio data. Audio is processed in real time and deleted immediately, with no raw audio stored on the device or by Amazon. Transcripts are encrypted using keys controlled by the user's device. Both devices feature a physical button and an LED indicator light to signal when they are actively recording.
The hardware includes a base model with free features such as conversation summaries, recaps, and 14 days of memory. Advanced features require a Bee Pro subscription at $11.99 per month.
